John P. Moore II founded Nanocellutions LLC in April 2020 and is the Chief Executive Officer. He will receive his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas by early spring of 2021 and received his B.S. Cum Laude with a dual emphasis on Chemistry and Environmental Science in 2015 from Northeastern State University. He runs the everyday business aspects of the company and makes decisions to benefit Nanocellutions, investors, company employees, customers, and business partners.
Keith R. Berry Jr. is the Chief Technology Officer. He received his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas in 2019 and his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas in 2014. Prior to joining Nanocellutions, he was a postdoctoral research associate at Baylor University. He runs the research and development for each product, is responsible for research proposals for obtaining funding for the company, and technical writing associated with publications and patents.
Joseph E. McKee is the Chief Financial Officer. He has a strong background in small business and entrepreneurial endeavors. He will be tracking financial statements and maintaining accurate financial records, coordinating financial planning as well as analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions. His responsibilities also include maintaining business accounts, stewardship of company’s assets, and ownership of cash management. He helps to maintain open lines of communication with all parties involved for success of Nanocellutions LLC.
Luis A. Sosa is the Manufacturing Advisor. He will be providing resources in equipment and facility management. His experience in manufacturing, scaleup, and his network for distribution will be integral for the development of the company. Furthermore, the facilities and equipment provided in the rental agreement with Nanocellutions allows for straightforward forward non diluting financial support.
